Design and quality make this piece of equipment virtually useless. Eagnas customer service is just like the equipment terrible. The total cost of trying of this useless device was $270 (non-refundable shipping cost,re-stocking fees, eagnas charge me also $1 for 10m of string i did not use) Don't bother with this guys, learn from my mistake. |
