Cons: None, as long as it's reasonable limitations are understood.

Pros: Super Cheap (esp. with $50 rebate), pretty good accuracy, decent size.
Cons: Ties GPS unit w/ less-than-rugged Palm, mediocre mapping software, 10hr battery.
