I placed an order for an item that was listed as "in stock". I soon received an email that stated that the item was on backorder. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel my order and received no response for about a week. Then I emailed AND faxed them another cancellation request. This time I got two responses: one that ignored my cancellation request and said simply: "sorry for the inconvenience". The other response confirmed the cancellation. Four days later they shipped the order. I refused delivery of the package. A full week after they received the package back they still have not refunded my money.

I ordered a cellphone before christmas and it was the worst customer service I ever experienced. I thought may be its before christmas, but even after christmas day I did not get hold of somebody soon. It took almost 1 hr to wait and get somebody on the line. Spoke to a sales person and thought the order will be thru. But late in the afternoon I got an email from their customer service saying they cancelled the order because of discontinuity of that cell phone. No idea how that could happen if everything is ok after talking to that sales guy. Not everybody will have the same experience. I would rather go and place an order with some trusted people even though its going to cost 10 or 20 bucks extra. Atleast anybody orders next time with them be cautious!!!!!. Hope this helps somebody to take a decision.

I ordered two Motorola V400 phones from them last friday. Two phones are free with the new activation of a Cingular family plan. I noticed on Saturday that the two phones were not free anymore but $250 instead. I thought I were lucky to order two phones before they changed the prices. However, they sent me an email to cancel the order saying "Your order has been canceled and your card has not been charged. This can be for a number of reasons: invalid credit card, declined carrier credit score, discontinued product or simply your cancellation request." Man! They just gave me a fuzzy reason. They did not obey their promise and how customers, like us, should invest our trust on them.
The following is taken from the order they sent to me:
