I placed an order for a battery for my Blackberry because I'd be going to a conference the following week and wanted to have a backup.  I placed the order on Monday morning and the item said it would ship same day if placed before 3:30pm.  Its a week later and I'm just now getting tracking information for the product, and I've emailed and called them 5 times with no response.  I'll be going to the Verizon store today to pick up an extra battery since I leave Wednesday for the conference and don't expect the one I ordered from them to be here by then. 

No working phone number for customer support.  Took a week to get a simple e-mail response back on an exchange.  I got partially charged on a return (called a "restocking fee").  I ended up finally cutting my losses and used another vendor.

YET ANOTHER COMPANY THAT BLATENTLY RIPS OFF DEPLOYED AND DEPLOYING SOLDIERS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  Their items are marked as in stock, yet most items are back ordered after you place the order. The company will just keep back ordering the product until you ship overseas. They have NO phone number and refuse to answer emails to cancel the order. Make sure you dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY, before you ship out!

1800Mobiles sucks!!! I ordered a blackberry accessories and never receive...They sent to wrong address with no explanation... if you want to throw your money, order from them.! WARNING: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL.
