Pros: Fun, excellent in corners, faster than it feels, looks. Cons: Cost, faster than it feels, looks, where are some basic features?
UPDATED: Added a few more details to the review; summary section. The 2004 BMW Z4, largely unchanged from the 2003 edition, is a hoot to drive, gets decent gas mileage (largely irrelevant for roadsters, but what the heck), and attracts attention. ...

Pros: Fast and fun but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Looks great. Cons: There are quicker cars out there for less money.
