  • 2004 Infiniti FX35 - Sport Package is Your Ticket to Excellent Handling

    Aug 04 '04
Pros: Excellent price, performance, interior, features and rear and side visibility (for SUV)
Cons: Mediocre ride with Sport Package, SUV-like visibility of close-to-wheels areas

Summary: I have been driving the I nfiniti FX35 for the last two days as a loaner from my dealership while rattles in my I nfiniti G35 are being cured. Taking the FX35 up a curvy ...

  • 2005 Infiniti FX35 -- This isn't your mom's SUV

    Mar 29 '05
Pros: Great styling, engine, handling, fuel economy. Great value for the money.
Cons: Ride can be harsh, technology package is hideously expensive.

Summary: My girlfriend was in need of a new car. She wanted something with good safety, all wheel drive, and enough extra cargo capacity that dogs and furniture could be transported with ease. She wanted something with upscale features like power leather heated ...

  • The FX35 is a wonderful car!

    Mar 16 '05
Pros: Visually stunning, powerful, safe car. 1 year of ownership, no repair issues.
Cons: Auto climate control turns on A/C in winter. Other small items.

Summary: I love this car. I bought my FX35 AWD one year ago and even now, a year later, I still have a grin on my face every day as I walk up and get in. Besides exotic cars, like Ferrari, et. al., this car is the most visually stunning on the road. -- And ...

  • My FX35 Rocks!

    Oct 05 '04
Pros: Awesome handling, back up camera, keyless entry and out of the box (literally) styling.
Cons: Some storage, not tons. Seats/arm rest makes my arm go numb on long trips.

Summary: After driving a '97 Ford Expedition (an awesome vehicle), I decided it was time to downsize. But I still needed some space and a sedan wouldn't do. And I wouldn't be caught dead in a mini van (no offense, but it's just not me). So off I went to shop. ...

  • Your own personal concept car

    May 05 '04
Pros: Styling, acceleration, braking, exhaust note, handling
Cons: Maddening controls and control layout

Summary: If one was to rate the FX35's "head turning quotient" On a scale of 1 to 10, one would have to give it a 15. I have never owned a car that has turned heads, stretched necks, and generated even close to the amount of interest of the FX35. Typical ...

  • Infiniti FX35 - An Intimidating Beast

    Apr 13 '04
    Pros: Extreme Sport Truck Experience
    Cons: Absolutely Brutal Ride

Summary: Watching an Infiniti FX zooming across the television screen in a commercial, evoked within me the excitement I had during the 1960's viewing muscular designs of the Corvette, XKE, Avanti or even the Toronado. I couldn't afford buying a new car back ...

  • 2005 FX35 Liquid Copper

    Jun 27 '06
Pros: Unique design. Gas mileage. Performance. Quality.
Cons: No windshield HUD (pontiac grand prix), No seat massagers (hyundai santa fe).

Summary: Elegant car, great performance, handling and surprisingly good gas mileage. Best car I've ever owned. Have yet to see another one like it (liquid copper). My salesman told me not to bother with the sport package as the handling is too rough, but I did

  • Sexy car, eye catching, head turning, makes me the envy of many.

    Nov 03 '05
Pros: A huge head turner, I feel like a celebrity in this car.
Cons: The disclosure when the navigation system is turned on is annoying.

Summary: The body is beautiful, the sleek design and chrome accents scream "Look at me." i have the navigation system and the added 11 speaker Bose system and the music quality is great. A bigger steering wheel would be nice for better handling. But other than

  • Great Car- But Parts Nightmare

    Apr 06 '05
Pros: Solid Handling, Quick, Fun to Drive
Cons: Parts for Needed Repairs are not Available; Visibility in rear not great

Summary: This is a great car to drive. Quick, solid handling, smooth ride for a car of its type. And the distinctive styling is obvious. BUT- I wouldn't buy another one now. I was rear-ended 2 months ago, and the car is still at the body shop while needed

  • Great Car - But "POORLY LOCATED" Seat Controls - they hurt!

    Dec 03 '04
Pros: Absolutely Sexy Design with a desire to Run hard to it's death
Cons: Terrible seat control location - hurting my legs. Bouncy stiff ride.

Summary: I just bought it a week ago and my side legs are already hitting the poorly located seat controls. I am 6'3" and maybe that's the problem. The car is a B E A S T. It wants to be set free and run hard (kind of like a big dog in a small apartment).
