2007 Dodge Nitro

Pros: Styling, ride quality is nice on the highway, interior is simple and clean looking.
Cons: Sloppy cornering, braking a bit spongy, brake pedal position uncomfortable (too center)

Purchased the SLT 4x4 model and am quite pleased. I first test drove one in 2007 and wasnt stunned by it, but after extensive shopping I took another look and it became the sensable choice. The interior is spacious, heated seats are toasty, and controls feel well made. I think its a great value for the money and blows away the 5cyl in the Hummer H3 on performance. Overall, its a solid midsize SUV.

I love my Black RT. I bought this truck because of the way it looks. There is nothing I do not enjoy about this truck. Very comfortable-front and rear seats, very spacious, and I am a big guy. The stereo sounds so good in it. The ac works very well in it also. It better though, I live in Florida. The truck, in my opinion is beautiful and riding on those 20's, my it is sweet. The 4.0 liter-260hp V-6 will scoot.

Pros: The body style and interior room. That's it!
Cons: Ride,gas,paint,A/c,mechanical problems,stalls,window sensors, interior molding comes loose

I bought my Nitro Jan of 2007 after seeing this great looking car at a fair. Boy am I sorry. In this past year I have learned quite a bit I wish i had known earlier. It has an awful ride. It is not even close to the gas mileage they stated. I have had to bring it back for a recall, to have the window sensors replaced, to have the A/C fixed, to have interior molding put back into place, and now the icing on the cake it is rusting all over the car. Literally the front, sides and rear is covered in rust spots. To say that I am so sorry to have a bought this dodge, my first dodge by the way, is a huge understatement.

I just bought one of these in January and I love it. It is very spacious and has a lot of good technology. If you like hands free for your mobile device, a full size outlet in the front and back, odor and stain resistant seats, and electronic stability than this is your vehicle. There are many additions that make this an exceptional vehicle. The safety devices are also top of the line. They come with side curtain air bags as well as the driver and passenger front air bags. The only downside to this vehicle is the engine noise is a little loud, but it is not overbearing. I will buy another one in the future.

Pros: The style, roominess, steering, tires, I could go on and on.
Cons: Gas mileage (it's worth it!)

I absolutely love this vehicle! I love the look of it (Khaki only) and the feel. I love the way it drives - the steering is tight, the tires are great! It feels like luxury. I leased it and am definitely considering purchasing it when the lease is up. Definitely proud to be driving this vehicle.
