Pros: Rear legroom and seat height, acceleration, agile feel Cons: Odd exterior, ultra-cheap interior, handling in aggressive driving The Bottom Line: Major strengths balanced against major weaknesses; if only the interior weren't so cheap...
Back in 1986 I sold cars during a summer home from college. While the dealership's primary business was Chevrolets, it also unofficially sold Suzuki Samurais. Essentially three-quarter-scale Jeeps, the Samurais were slow and rough-riding, but clearly ...

Pros: Driver’s manual option, a roomy interior, high base and versatile.
Cons: It has a large rearview blind spot, large turning radius, cheap interior and small trunk. The Bottom Line: I would recommend this vehicle to a small family. The rearview blind spot is a major concern, but it is a decent running car with allot of versatility
We traded in our Oldsmobile Van for our cherry red Suzuki XL7. It has been a tolerable adjustment for my family of six. We have owned and regularly driven this vehicle for a year now. There are several benefits to owning this vehicle including plenty ...

Pros: Quick, powerful, reliable, rugged. Great for outings with the kids. Cons: Third row for kids not adults. Utilitarian interior not an eye grabber for the hoity-toity. The Bottom Line: We would own two if we could, and we probably will. All the things the critics hate make it perfect for us.
We bought the XL7 this past January and already have over 25,000 miles on it. With four kids I needed a third row seat. While I wouldn't suggest trying to put adult in the third row, it's easy and awesome for kids. The canvas like fabric cleans up easily ...

The 2007 XL7 is my wife’s second mid size SUV and our second Suzuki. (First one is my SX4) We are all too happy to have gotten it. Standard powerful V-6 with the AWD and third row seating this car is amazing especially for the price. My wife and I just ...

XL7 - So far a great car

Pros: Strong engine. Tight interior. Decent mileage for a bigger car (18 mpg in town). Cons: Brakes are a bit weak. Steering wheel adjustment only goes up and down.
So far it has been three months since I purchased a new XL-7. The interior is tight and well put together. The leather seats are stiff and comfortable (better for long trips). Most importantly, the car does very well in the snow here in Denver.
The warranty is also a good deal. It comes with 10 year or 100,000 mile power train warranty and a 7 year bumper to bumper (I purchased an extension to 10 years).
The real reason I purchased this car? The Suzuki dealer here in North Denver has exceptional service and the sales guys did not engage me with the usual sleazy arm-twisting tactics (I wanted to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe but the local Go dealer was sleazy and made me wait two hours only to find out that the car I was looking at had already been sold [so stay away from there]).
Would I buy another Suzuki from this dealer? Yes I would!
