This is the worst piece of hardware/software I have ever seen. I am so tired of unplugging to hard reboot, I have added a switch between the unit and power. The service people are pretty clueless, the most common response "Gee, I have never seen this problem before." When I get out of the contract, I will never, ever use this company again.

Pros: technician who installed the dish did a great job. NEVER let a contractor do this.
Cons: Once installed, ENTIRELY on your own. Surly phone support. Lying supervisors. Utter incompetence.

Hideous customer service.
Broken promises.
Lost orders.
Lost receiver.

Lost customer.

After having my service down for 3 weeks, I canceled today. This was because a receiver died, and this company (apparently staffed entirely with incompetents) was unable to send out the replacement. I have their "in Home" service plan which replaces the dead equipment. Only problem with that is, they take the money for the service plan without their actually being anything even approaching a "plan". Hours spent on the phone trying to get this taken care of resulted in nothing bust lost time.
