We ordered an LG refrigerator that came within 5 days of our order. We didn't even pay extra for shipping! It came by UPS it was in perfect condition. We discovered that 2 friends in our condo bldg had also ordered refrigerators from AJ Madison and received similar good service! Plus we had checked everywhere in Miami and the price was the best we could find.

Few days ago I have ordered my Frigidaire range and refrigerator from ajmadison.com. Within just 2 hours after I have placed an order they called me back to schedule the delivery. Shopped for several weeks, trying to get both the right in-stock item and reasonable pricing. Found local retailers were several hundred $'s higher + tax + delivery, and not in stock.
So, this Texan took the plunge and on a Monday ordered the refrigerator from AJ Madison - in NY.
It got here in perfect condition on Friday.
What else can I say....but, THANKS!

Very fast service. Delivered the next day and had a problem with dent on door and AJ Madison customer service resolved it within an hour. Thanks AJ.

Bad service - left 4 messages and an email over 10 days regarding my order. Never responded to any of them. When I finally got someone (on the day the appliances were supposed to be at my house) they said my order was delayed.

I'm having a horrible time! I ordered a washer and dryer, after waiting for 2 weeks, it was finally delivered today and the washer is badly damaged. The shipping company it was farmed out to didn't allow us to inspect before leaving (of which we noted when we signed), and immediately called A J Madison. Today's Friday and they won't help at all. The top of the washer is completely damaged and we won't hear back until Monday. Doesn't really help. When I called back, a VERY rude operator (Hannah) said that our complaint was routed and we'd have to just wait. I asked (repeatedly) to talk to someone else and she flat out refused. I asked for the corporate number (which is where the complaint was routed, according to her) and she refused that as well.

I put a dispute on the credit card, but that's not helping with my laundry.

A great experience. Fast delivery (from Bklyn to Florida yet). Price can not be beat and the salesman (Artie) was very knowledgeable and cordial. No hesitation in using AJ Madison again and recommending to friends.

I ordered a stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Fantastic service!!!! I called with questions, customer service was a big help. Shipment was FAST and when there was a problem with the shipping Co they made sure it was corrected. Thank you I will be happy to order from them again

A.J. Madison processed my order the same day I ordered and shipped it the same day. I was very pleased with the entire transaction and especially the fast shipping. They seem to be a class organization and I was very satisfied.

Great service and prices.  Purchased over $8500 GE Profile appliances and everything was delivered in perfect condition.  Received appliances in 2 weeks.  Customer Service was very helpful when placing the order.  Would buy from them again.

Buyers beware! They're good at getting your order, but sloppy about delivery. We ended up paying for their very poor delivery. They are also poor at resolving any customer dissatisfaction and very slow in their response post sales.

I just purchased an LG refrigerator from AJM and after my purchase I started reading all the negative reviews and thought what have I gotten myself into, well all my worries were for just taken away by the on time delivery, quick installation and curteous sales rep that assisted me in the whole purchasing process.

By no means I am affiliated with AJM I am a real customer and even though this was my first purchase with them it was perfect and I would do it again. I think all the negative review are due to them using another freight company but if you use their local delivery service they are right on time and I literally saved over $300 with this purchase.

Take it from me as one of the most skeptical persons on the net, if something should have gone wrong I would have been all over this board with my opinion but this was truly a 123 experince wtihout any hitches, Thanks AJM for a great experience and the savings..

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They shipped me a defective product and then, instead of exchanging, expected me to schedule a warranty call with the manufacturer. I also had to call back three times and wait on hold for a long long time just to get that far.
