I was missing an item (sink strainer) from my order. I called Customer Service seven times and was put on hold for at least 30-40 minutes each time. No one came back on line to help me they just left me on hold. I then tried calling the Sales Department three times and each time they put me on hold and never returned to the phone. Both departments were rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care that I was an unhappy customer or the fact that I was missing part of my order which was paid in full. I called several times again asking to speak to a manager and no one would transfer my call. AJ Madison's Sales and Customer Service departments are horrible. I cannot believe how badly they treat their customers!

One of the units purchased had a cosmetic flaw in the door molding and AJ Madison promptly offered to have it fixed or an extended warranty at no cost. We were very pleased.

Ordering over the internet was easy. Tracking said I would recieve the order on a Tuesday. It was then delayed to Wednesday. Then on Wednesday, the tracking said I needed to call the shipper to make arrangements for delivery because it was handed over to a sub-contractor. I called the sub-contractor and had the merchandise on Friday. I don't think I should have had to make a call to the shipper or the shipper's sub-contractor. Had I not been following tracking, I would not have been contacted to make delivery arrangements. That was the only part of the transaction that annoyed me. Fortunately, the product works perfectly.

delivery was faster than expected; ordered online while showroom was closed so didn't expect confirmation until showroom opened on Monday. Item was delivered on Monday morning. Installation was a very serious problem however; installers not able to hook up gas connection safely on their own. Needed repair service so called A.J. Madison and was given incorrect information regarding repair service contact. However was able to contact manufacturer's repair service and repair was made in satisfactory manner.

the ordering was quick and simple. the product arrived almost perfectly on time, but i can understand why it might have taken a little longer that expected. it was very large and someone had to be home in order to receive it. overall i was very pleased with my shopping experience with aj madison and will definately shop again!
