Website is great to navigate and easy to shop. Refrig & Freezer that I purchased were listed as CSA approved for commercial use, unfortunately our health dept doesn't accept CSA so now Iam stuck with appliances I cannot use. Not AJ Madisons fault. The lure of "free shipping until (date)" which was the date I was shopping convinced me to purchase before I received info from Health Dept. Now I see that the same offer of free shipping is still valid, the date just changes to whatever day it happens to be!!! So I whish I would have waited. One fof the appliances has damaged spots but they were not cuased by shipping, it looks like they may have been damaged during assembly, much like a "second" quality product. This is only apparent on one appliance - other three have not been unpacked yet for inspection.

Wow! They have great customer service! I needed to get my sink earlier and they helped me out by calling the manufacturer for me. The customer service person that helped me was amazing. I think it was some of the best customer service I've received in years.

I really enjoy my Jenn-Air Microwave/Convection Oven. AJ Madison had the best price on the web. In fact, you even gave a special for Halloween of the FREE shipping. I checked with my sister to see which Microwave/Convections were rated the best Jenn-Air won and AJ Madison Won for the price. YES, I will shop there again. You even beat Sears on the price. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY UNPLEASANT. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON RESEARCHING MY ORDER. KEPT TELLING ME IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND WAS ON ITS WAY....3WEEKS NOW HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED!!! I purchased an Air Conditioner. It was delivered in 2 days. They left me a message that it would arrive between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. I requested 20 minutes notice. They called at 4:00 and it was delivered 20 minutes later. They opened the box so I could inspect it. Delivery was fast, accurate, and on time. Great experience.
