This is the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever received. Repeated delays in receiving my product were complicated by the fact that my product was received damaged and still not repaired or replaced. I have asked multiple times both my email and by telephone for assistance and received NO RESPONSE. This on-line vendor cannot be trusted and I would NEVER recommend this vendor to another consumer. If this survey and help me resolve my issue, I would be most grateful.

MY APPLIANCE ARRIVED IN ABOUT A WEEK FROM THE ORDER DATE. THE SHIPPING FEES WERE VERY REASONABLE ALLOWING ME TO ORDER A NICER RANGE THAN I WOULD HAVE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THE YELLOW FREIGHT DELIVERY GUY WAS AWESOME!

I had requested that the order be shipped to us within 2 days. I had to pay over $100 for shipping and didn't get it for over a week. When I went on to check status of order, it was still pending after 4 days. I then emailed to cancel order because I got product from somewhere else and 3 days later it arrived.

Price and quality of the product was great. Shipping info was terrible. Got 2 hours notice 3 days late regarding delivery. However, folks who delivered it were well trained and courteous. Called customer service regarding shipping info 3 times - had to leave messages because lines were always busy and NEVER received a return call or email.

I ordered and paid for the dishwasher 12/31/06. The product was received damaged and the deliverer refused to reload the item on his truck. After many phone calls and numerous emails, I have received no satisfaction. Even the payment for the cancelled service contract has not been returned. Promised calls with information have not been made by the seller. I have been constantly stonewalled and it is hard not to draw the conclusion that A. J. Madison does not act in good faith at best or is dishonest at worst. This is undoubtedly the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been nine months and I have not received a apology or an explanation and certainly not have received a refund of my purchase price.

The only complaint I have with AJ Madison is with their delivery policies. They did not contact me to ensure that I would be home when the refrigerator was delivered. They missed their delivery date and showed up the next day (Saturday) withoput contacting me and despite the fact that I asked them to reschedule for a weekday.
