YOU DEFINATELY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AROUND.
BUT NOBODY ACKNOWLEDGED MY E-MAIL ORDER NOTE ABOUT BACK ORDERS I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES AND THEY SAID A FEW DAYS, IT TOOK 3 WEEKS. I ALMOST CANCELLED THE ORDER. THEN THE ORDER JUST SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR WITH NO NOTICE OF ANY KIND. LUCKILY I WAS HOME. THE FRIDGE HAS A FLAW IN THE SIDEWALL AND THE STOVE HAS A CHIP IN THE CORNER, I WAS NOT EXACTLY HAPPY.

I ordered a 110 volt mini split system and was sent a 220 volt system. This required re-wiring and adding a 220 plug. Since I did not want to send it back and wait for the correct one, I decided to pay to have the rewiring done . In addition to the unit, I ordered the copper tubing necessary to install the unit. This was also sent incorrectly. I ordered a 12,000 btu unit and the tube sent was for a 9,000 btu unit which has a smaller fitting. We were able to make it work because I have a good installer.

I must say that the price was right. AJ Madison had a great price. However, I made the order on November 28th and it is now December 19 and I found out it was not even shipped until the 17th. I am expecting it to take 5 days to get here. If you are okay for waiting a long period of time with absolutely no follow up from AJ Madison, but want a great price, this is the place to go. I am unsure if I can say even that because I have yet to receive my product yet.

Appliance Superstore with a good selection and great prices. Website needs some work with suggesting related items (e.g power cord for range/dishwasher, range ceramic cleaner, etc.) for a complete customer shopping experience. Tracking of orders done by a third party, I can only assume the shipping company, but gives few updates as to where the product actual is at any given time.

The stove in question (Premier Pro Series) wasn't listed on the AJ Madison website search locator but when I "Googled" the stove, AJ Madison was listed as one of the merchants?! Weird.
The stove is wonderful and my wife and I were able to install it ourselves. Be advised though that the instruction for converting the stove from natural gas to LP (propane) were incomplete, regarding changing the burner orfices (had to lift out the metal tubes first). When installing the rear shelf, the bracket holes didn't align correctly with the stove frame. Had to drill new holes but oh well.

Exceptional prices and product line. Simple and quick to order on line. Transportation is not well coordinated and to get someone in customer service can take many many minutes holding on phone. These guys are good at selling great products at a great price but once it leaves their door they don't seem to care too much.
