Pros: - Inexpensive second phone line connection.
- Feature rich TV programming and recording
Cons: - Poorly trained service technicians
- Off-shore customer service

Cons: The wireless TV and On Demand keep freezing and/or turning off.

Pros: Nothing good to say about AT&T's U-Verse 12 Mbsp modem or their customer service.
Cons: Slow modem, blocks many sites, intermittent internet service, terrible customer service and technicians.
