Pros: Arrived safely.
Cons: Horrible attitude towards passengers, planes not in good repair, no leg room in economy.

Pros: was nice being able to serve yourself to some snacks.
Cons: when difficulties arise you are left to fend for yourself, and little compensation if given

Pros: Introductory fares promoting the new Sydney - Tahiti - New York routing
Cons: Very inconsistent unprofessional customer service; at the mercy of baggage subcontractors since airline so small.

Pros: Service-oriented personnel, comfortable and quiet aircraft,
reasonable fares!
Cons: Don't offer daily flights, seat selection at check-in only.
