I ordered 6/30. Received order 07/10. Have been trying since then to get it right. One thing they shipped was the wrong item -- and was the reason I had ordered from them originally. Their picture and image and description on the website, and the invoice, was what I wanted. What they put in the box was NOT!. Another item was missing entirely. Packaging was bad.

Worse, the day I called to talk to them about fixing the order, I did get through to a "supervisor" at first. Since then he has either been "unavailable" or "in a meeting." His name is PAWAN and apparently, he is the ONLY person in the Americarx.com universe who can practice customer service...despite their claim when you're on hold that customer service is their priority.

UPDATE: To be fair, I need to add: They actually shipped correct item to replace the one that was incorrect and I received it quickly. Still can't get an answer about the missing item. Still wouldn't change any ratings.

There are a lot of online drugstores out there -- use any one of them except this one. AmericaRX shipped me ~$80 of the wrong product, and 6 months later I'm still working with the Better Business Bureau to get a waybill shipped to me so that I can send the product back for a refund. AmericaRX's customer service is a disgrace.

Don't be fooled by this company they are the same as myotcstore and are terrible. Slow shipping and charged me for UPS shipping, but sent it first class. Overcharged for shipping and won't refund my card. Will never buy from again.

I paid 3x the normal dlvry charge for next day dlvry. Itemwas not even processed for 2 days.  Item did finally arrive5 days later. No attempts to contact via email were everacknowledged. I will never use America Rx again nor recommend them to anyone. A complete lack of customer service.

Update 12/29/06: I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau on 10/25 and received follow-up email today. AmericaRx failed to respond to phone calls as well as written correspondence (2 letters). The BBB wrote "Please be advised that this firm’s failure to respond to your complaint will be reflected in its BBB record. Accordingly, we will report that this firm has an unanswered complaint to consumers, businesses, banks, government officials, and members of the press who inquire about them. In addition, firms failing to answer even one such complaint will generally receive an unsatisfactory rating, the Bureau’s lowest mark. Your experience may, therefore, alert other consumers seeking information through the BBB." I certainly hope this will help. After all, seventy-eight dollars for three pairs of socks is excessive any way you look at it.

I experienced the same problem as other reviewers. In my case, I ordered 7 items and received only 3. I, too, was informed by customer service that my order was shipped in full and that I was trying to get extra items. Original order placed 7/10/2006 and still no product or refund as of 9/10. Save yourself the frustration ... shop somewhere else!

NEVER SHOP WITH THIS MERCHANT!

I ordered a Conair hairsetter from the description and picture online---paying over $40, including shipping. The hairsetter I received was an updated version of that product---one I could have easily purchased at any local store for half the price. Customer service was a nightmare. No apology, no mailing label. Now they demand I send a NOTE detailing why I am returning the product. All because they made an error in the description. I agree with another poster; they all sound foreign, and perhaps do not treat the customer as courteously as domestic companies do. I will NEVER shop with these people again.

Promised free shipping with purchase of six items. When the order was complete, I was charged $10+ for shipping. I tried and tried to get someone to respond in regard to the excess charge, but could never get someone to respond to me. Also, when the order was received, it was short one item. I don't believe this company has anyone responding to customers questions or complaints.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company. I placed an order on 7/11 and the computer is still showing ready to ship on 7/19. Of course, they were able to BILL MY CREDIT CARD THE SAME DAY! I cannot even get through on the phone lines (always busy) and the two e-mails I sent have been completely ignored. Please do not give these people the opportunity to CHEAT anyone else!

Ths company is not honest!  They sent me a product that I did not order. When I called them to ask for a refund they told me that if I returned it I'd only get a refund for the original charge not the shipping to send it back.
 
I'd sure like to know how they got all my information.

A good company would wave the shipping charge and apologize profusely for using my information fraudulently.



Very unprofessional!

My 1st mistake was not ck'g them out before I ordered in mid-Feb.  All I needed was (the hard to find) lamb's wool.  I added a couple items to make it a worthwhile order.
Order took ten days to arrive and was short one of the 'extra' items I ordered.  A notation on the shipping form that the item was not in stock and they were 'giving a credit'.
I called (India?) and learned item no longer available. I was to be given credit of 5.99.  I insisted they also refund difference in ship cost.  Lady said it was hardly any diff in cost.  $2.34 is not a small diff on a 5.99 item! 
As of this AM they still tell me they will credit but it takes up to 7 business days and they are sorry this has taken longer.

Here is an indication of how terrible this place is.

I ordered a product based on it's picture and description on the Americarx.com website. The product that I then received was NOT the product that I had ordered. I have now been emailing the "customer service" department for 2 months trying to get a refund. I have been told every time that the "return label is in the mail". When I finally called their business number, nobody could tell me when the label had been mailed. When I asked them to mail another one, they could not tell me when it would reach me. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he/she was not available and did not have a voice mail available. I would recommend NEVER ordering from this service.

My shopping experience with America RX was/is horrible. I will never deal with this company again. Did not receive what I ordered. Finally was able to contact a representative who informed me that they will credit my return shipping costs once they receive the returned items. No credit was given. I included in the returned shipment that I was sent an incorrect order and to send me the correct items I ordered. I specified product name and number, and, well guess what, I got the incorrect order again, in fact, it was the same thing they sent the first time. Reaching them by phone is almost impossible and quite obviously does not help to resolve the problem. I see they are on Ebay and when I reviewed the negatives about this company, so much of what they had issues about were exactly what I have been dealing with. This company should be put out of business. They cannot be trusted. I highly recommend that you do not buy from this company.

The web site said the item was "IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP."   When the package arrived, the packing slip said "THIS ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK."   However, my credit card was charged for the item.   Out of the 4 items i ordered, 2 were wrong, 1 was missing. 

The worst online mechant. No Shippment or communication after paying for products. After placing a couple of calls, I get the run around, and was told that the items were out of stock.

Paid for overnight shipping, but my order was changed to 2-day shipping without telling me. I had to call to check on my order and was on hold for about 30 minutes. I will never order from this company again. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Worse experience ever. This company puts customer service last while they put your cash in their pockets first. This company is a classic example of bad business. Its been 10 days and have not received a confirmation number or order number. They do not answer their phone or answer emails. Never again and we suggest you dont need this migraine! I ordered some teas from them and when I got the shipment - I was shocked at the shipping costs. They were more than the teas!

And the worse thing was they said if I wanted to return the products - I had to return them in 7 days - But - It took More than 11 days for the shipment to get to my home.

I thought that the shipmnet price was ridiculous and theur service was terrible.

I will never order from them again.  They were deceptive in that their price for the teas was very low - but they get you on the shipping. And No return policy.

In a word, INFURIATING! Ordered, was shunted to Pay-Pal. I canceled. Shipped anyway, refused, returned, still paid for delivery. The ordering people and shipping department couldn't (or didn't want to) communicate. Beware!

AmericaRx is not worthy of your endorsement.  I ordered a cane and when they advised that the cane was not in stock and there would be a delay in shipment I immediately cancelled the order.  When the cane became available they shipped it anyway.  I called to complain and they said they would issue a UPS pickup.  The cane arrived before the UPS pickup so we refused the shipment.  They gave me credit for the cane but not for the shipping charges.  I have an e-mail from them saying they will credit us for the shipping charges.  I have been waiting for over three months and there has been no credit.  I still have the UPS pickup tag which one would assume they would not have sent if they had not accepted that it was their error.

They shipped the wrong product. The picture on the web site was right. The invoice was right. What I received was wrong. I tried to get an RMA through email and they said the manufacturer's skew shows that they shipped the correct product and I must call. I replied, I already own the correct product and the UPC is not the same. Further more, I'm looking right at the one you sent and it's wrong. I said, you have either picked the wrong product, or it's in your system incorrectly. They never replied. It's not worth the trouble for a $12 item. I'll just use it.

Shipping was slow. I initiated a chargeback, as the email I sent them below produced no results in over a week:

On June 7, 2006, I placed an order with them. On June 13 2006, I received an e-mail stating that the item was unavailable and credit would be "applied". I am still waiting for that to happen. Each time you call their phone number,(if you're lucky enough to get it to ring, you get an automated message that you are the "4th in the queue" or third. When you finally get to being first, they hang up on you. What a horrible company! I sincerely doubt that it is legit.

I placed my order on July 12, 2006. As of July 21, 2006, I have not received my order. I tried to check the status of my order at their website. Their website had no record of my order. I called their customer service phone number. I was disconnected the first time. The second time I called they told me that my order had not even shipped yet. They said that the delay was due to a "long vacation" and a "power outage" which sounds suspect. And if these reasons are true, they should have notified their customers about delays. I rate America Rx as "poor" because of the bad service. I doubt I will buy from them again.

July 22 - Two days ago I sent Epinions URL to AmericaRX...
telling them I thought they should know what customers think of them...I got an email the next day thanking me and saying how busy they have been! Then soon after received another one saying my order was shipped and included the UPS tracking number. Order will arrive two weeks after I ordered it...Amazon.com is certainly busy, but they ship within 24 hours. Don't know if they will change anything but certainly I will never shop there again.

Never again. Orders by phone result in poor understanding by order takers (language problems). Wrong amount (twice) needed call-back correction. Overcharged. No response to e-mails. After two seperate messed-up orders there will be no more from this buyer.

Horrible! It has been 10 days and my order still says "Ready to ship"! Then when I try to call the customer service number it says "This voice mailbox is full, goodbye."

I am not impressed with this website and probably would never order. I have sent 3 emails requesting information on a couple of their products. All have gone unanswered.

I have called all 3 phone numbers listed on the contact page. The phone rang until it timed out on all 3 numbers. I am not sure there is actually anyone at this site.

My thoughts are that this site simply exists to take your credit card without actually sending any of the products ordered.

I had a very bad experience with America Rx. They take your money readily, but give no customer service. The website never listed the order as pending and I called 5 times before I got a human being on the phone. He told me my order had been shipped, when I asked why it didn't appear on the website he yelled to someone in the store and then told me it would appear soon. I paid for 3-day delivery because they said the order was in stock. It took 10 days to arrive and the product boxes had been opened and the instructions for the item I ordered had been removed.
Rather than deal with them anymore I called the manufacturer of the item who responded promptly and sent me the booklet I needed. Heed my advice and stay away, it's not worth the headaches.

I looked up Sebastian Potion #7 on-line. It stated America Rx had it in stock
$16.07. Pushing the buy it button I was sent to American Rx a nothing came
up. I looked up Potion #7 on their site. Potion #9 was the product that was
viewed which I do not like. I was very disappointed in the site.

ordered some products on Jun 1. my credit card was charged immediately. But the product was not in stock, even though it was claimed it was. i never got any emails or status. the web site cannot provide status even though it claims it will. I have called and emailed several times. i only received one response telling me they were checking into it. that was a week ago. Here i am almost 6 weeks later. My money is gone, and i have no sign of any product. And customer service is now ignoring me.

Order placed 8/14. Credit card charged $116 that day. As of 9/12 I have nothing to show for it except frustration. At best AmericaRX is incompetent, and it may in fact be a total fraud. Customer service line hangs up on you and E-mail goes unanswerered.

I'll be brief- the shipping took nearly a month and throughout that entire time I couldnt even track my order. Also (but most importantly) HALF of my order was wrong! I re-checked my order online to see if maybe I had made a mistake, but that wasnt the case. This place sucks, don't order from them unless you like being ripped off.

To make a long story short, I was shipped my order, then received a notification 2 days later that they were making a partial refund because product was out of stock. WHY CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER IF THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IT?! The refund didn't even cover the extra shipping paid for the product. Plus, I didn't want only part of the order, but they were sneaky to send me that info AFTER it had been shipped. I refused shipment, they refunded another portion of the price, but they STILL OWE ME $4.81. And of course, they now will not return any emails. This is customer service at its worst!

Status "ready to ship", but no tracking number and does not ship ....!!! Never deal with this online shop, this is my opinion. The good think is only that they refunded my payment after a lot of calls.

Placed an order on July 7th, did not receive package as of July 21st and I called the phone number. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then someone picked up and told me to hold again while they checked on my order- I was on hold for 15 minutes. Operator was very rude and told me the package was shipped and I should get items by Monday. I checked UPS website and they only shipped items after I called on the 21st, so they FORGOT and only shipped because I called. Worse part- they CHARGED my credit card the 10th of July without shipping item until the 21st! Horrible services, customer care, return policies, and shipping. DON'T SHOP HERE!! Glad I paid extra for 2nd day shipping, little did I know, item ordered on the 7th of July would arrive on the 25th of July. I know I would not have received item if I had not called.

An absolute nightmare. I paid in full with Visa and Google checkout. America RX notified me that it had shipped and gave me a ups tracking number. Then nothing. It turns out ups never even received the order because America RX never had it in stock in the first place. It has been 3 months now and I still haven't got my money back. Every time I call I get a call center in India telling me it's being processed. Stay away from this company.

Canceled an order, but they charged me for it anyway.  It's bad enough that they lack any online option for order cancelation, requiring you to call them during business hours, but then they still charged me for the order that was canceled.  FUrthermore, after two phone messages and two emails (all ignored) and two phone calls where their customer service reps tell me to expect a refund in 24 hours, nothing is ever refunded (going on 20 days).  I finally had to go through the hassle of canceling the charge through my credit card company. This was an epic customer service failure on their part.

I placed ONE order 10176926 and received ONE confirmation - and yet, I am being charged for TWO orders. When I spoke with your "customer service" (which is bad misnomer!), they informed me I placed TWO orders.

Delivery was fast. However all three items were delivered with safety seals broken. No reply to email. DODGY service beware!! The boxes were not opened by customs as no custom tags were left.

This place is terrible in regards to customer service. Ordered several items, received a package but it was not my order. Sent an email, no response, sent another email and received response that it was being looked into. Did not hear back. Called company (which is obviously not located in the United States) was told they would send my package out along with a return label for the wrong package I received. Didn't receive anything and 4 days later called them. Still had not sent out my package or the return label. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one around. Asked when there would be one, was told maybe late in the evening. I will never do business with this company again!

Ordered from them thru Amazon.com, horrible experience. Ordered something was listed in stock, told it would arrive in 3-5 days...literally took an entire month. Left e-mail, phone messages, etc... nothing. But when I gave them a poor review on Amazon.com they had the balls to call my house TWICE and ask me to remove the bad review. Can't believe Amazon would taint their good reputation by using such a company that obviously doesn't care about customer service. I don't understand how they even acquired a marginal ranting on this website, when all I read is complaints.

Don't trust this merchant, misleading picture and informations.The picture and informations on the web site was right.The product I received was NOT the product that I had ordered.This company is an example of bad business.They shipped the wrong product.
