In a word, INFURIATING! Ordered, was shunted to Pay-Pal. I canceled. Shipped anyway, refused, returned, still paid for delivery. The ordering people and shipping department couldn't (or didn't want to) communicate. Beware!

AmericaRx is not worthy of your endorsement. I ordered a cane and when they advised that the cane was not in stock and there would be a delay in shipment I immediately cancelled the order. When the cane became available they shipped it anyway. I called to complain and they said they would issue a UPS pickup. The cane arrived before the UPS pickup so we refused the shipment. They gave me credit for the cane but not for the shipping charges. I have an e-mail from them saying they will credit us for the shipping charges. I have been waiting for over three months and there has been no credit. I still have the UPS pickup tag which one would assume they would not have sent if they had not accepted that it was their error.

They shipped the wrong product. The picture on the web site was right. The invoice was right. What I received was wrong. I tried to get an RMA through email and they said the manufacturer's skew shows that they shipped the correct product and I must call. I replied, I already own the correct product and the UPC is not the same. Further more, I'm looking right at the one you sent and it's wrong. I said, you have either picked the wrong product, or it's in your system incorrectly. They never replied. It's not worth the trouble for a $12 item. I'll just use it.

Shipping was slow. I initiated a chargeback, as the email I sent them below produced no results in over a week:
Hi. I received my order today. It was well packed, except the

was missing. I was unable to reach anyone by phone:
I called you at (877) 932-2979 and was disconnected after a few minutes on hold.
I called again and was disconnected after about 30 minutes on hold - after finally reaching first place in the queue.
This was quite annoying!
Send the correct product - the one with 15,000 mg l-carnitine (and a yellow/black label) - AND let me know* you have done so by Wednesday, if you don't want me to initiate a $13 chargeback on my credit card.
If you only read the reviews here after having trouble, here's the info you'll need to initiate a chargeback, like I did. (I.e. dispute the transaction with your credit card company, in writing.) See

On June 7, 2006, I placed an order with them. On June 13 2006, I received an e-mail stating that the item was unavailable and credit would be "applied". I am still waiting for that to happen. Each time you call their phone number,(if you're lucky enough to get it to ring, you get an automated message that you are the "4th in the queue" or third. When you finally get to being first, they hang up on you. What a horrible company! I sincerely doubt that it is legit.

Bad service and poor excuses.

I placed my order on July 12, 2006. As of July 21, 2006, I have not received my order. I tried to check the status of my order at their website. Their website had no record of my order. I called their customer service phone number. I was disconnected the first time. The second time I called they told me that my order had not even shipped yet. They said that the delay was due to a "long vacation" and a "power outage" which sounds suspect. And if these reasons are true, they should have notified their customers about delays. I rate America Rx as "poor" because of the bad service. I doubt I will buy from them again.

in one word "Terrible". so far not received my order, phone
has been busy for three days, no answers to my emails.....
I have never had such a frustrating experience shopping online. I just hope either I get my money back for my order comes...
I am pessimistic.....so stay away from them!!!!!!!!
July 22 - Two days ago I sent Epinions URL to AmericaRX...
telling them I thought they should know what customers think of them...I got an email the next day thanking me and saying how busy they have been! Then soon after received another one saying my order was shipped and included the UPS tracking number. Order will arrive two weeks after I ordered it...Amazon.com is certainly busy, but they ship within 24 hours. Don't know if they will change anything but certainly I will never shop there again.

Never again. Orders by phone result in poor understanding by order takers (language problems). Wrong amount (twice) needed call-back correction. Overcharged. No response to e-mails. After two seperate messed-up orders there will be no more from this buyer.

I had a very bad experience with America Rx. They take your money readily, but give no customer service. The website never listed the order as pending and I called 5 times before I got a human being on the phone. He told me my order had been shipped, when I asked why it didn't appear on the website he yelled to someone in the store and then told me it would appear soon. I paid for 3-day delivery because they said the order was in stock. It took 10 days to arrive and the product boxes had been opened and the instructions for the item I ordered had been removed.
Rather than deal with them anymore I called the manufacturer of the item who responded promptly and sent me the booklet I needed. Heed my advice and stay away, it's not worth the headaches.

I am not impressed with this website and probably would never order. I have sent 3 emails requesting information on a couple of their products. All have gone unanswered.
I have called all 3 phone numbers listed on the contact page. The phone rang until it timed out on all 3 numbers. I am not sure there is actually anyone at this site.
My thoughts are that this site simply exists to take your credit card without actually sending any of the products ordered.

Horrible! It has been 10 days and my order still says "Ready to ship"! Then when I try to call the customer service number it says "This voice mailbox is full, goodbye."
What is that? It seems like very poor customer service to me. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I looked up Sebastian Potion #7 on-line. It stated America Rx had it in stock
$16.07. Pushing the buy it button I was sent to American Rx a nothing came
up. I looked up Potion #7 on their site. Potion #9 was the product that was
viewed which I do not like. I was very disappointed in the site.

It took days before they shipped...almost a week. I did receive emails on the order being ready to ship and I received one when they did ship with tracking info but I dont like how it took so long for them to finally get around to shipping.
