ordered some products on Jun 1. my credit card was charged immediately. But the product was not in stock, even though it was claimed it was. i never got any emails or status. the web site cannot provide status even though it claims it will. I have called and emailed several times. i only received one response telling me they were checking into it. that was a week ago. Here i am almost 6 weeks later. My money is gone, and i have no sign of any product. And customer service is now ignoring me.

Order placed 8/14. Credit card charged $116 that day. As of 9/12 I have nothing to show for it except frustration. At best AmericaRX is incompetent, and it may in fact be a total fraud. Customer service line hangs up on you and E-mail goes unanswerered.

I'll be brief- the shipping took nearly a month and throughout that entire time I couldnt even track my order. Also (but most importantly) HALF of my order was wrong! I re-checked my order online to see if maybe I had made a mistake, but that wasnt the case. This place sucks, don't order from them unless you like being ripped off.

To make a long story short, I was shipped my order, then received a notification 2 days later that they were making a partial refund because product was out of stock. WHY CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER IF THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IT?! The refund didn't even cover the extra shipping paid for the product. Plus, I didn't want only part of the order, but they were sneaky to send me that info AFTER it had been shipped. I refused shipment, they refunded another portion of the price, but they STILL OWE ME $4.81. And of course, they now will not return any emails. This is customer service at its worst!

Status "ready to ship", but no tracking number and does not ship ....!!! Never deal with this online shop, this is my opinion. The good think is only that they refunded my payment after a lot of calls.

Horrible!! My worst on-line buying experience so far!! I ordered some over the counter medication & was expecting delivery in 3-5 business days...a week later I call to check the status of my order & they tell me, the product I ordered is out of stock & they have no estimated time of delivery!! How bad can you treat a customer! I'm outraged & want everyone to know that they should think twice before they buy from www.americarx.com. Just take a look for yourself, here on epinions there are 25 out of 27 saying that they'll never order from this company again.

Terrible customer service. Charged my credit card and shipped order to someone entirely wrong. Then told me that I must have entered in wrong credit card number. Not willing to help research. It took me 2 hours to sort through mess. Phone number they give you is an automated line that disconnected me several times.Tried to speak to a manager, would not put me through to supervisor. I will NEVER buy from again! Not one single thing has gone right. I'm still waiting for my order from 9 days ago. I'm told should be here next week. I emailed several times, no response.

I ordered a 2 bulk quantity items from this place and ended up receiving only 2 items (of the 48 I ordered). I've made numerous calls to the toll free number and have been given the run around every time. I ended up having to dispute the charge on my card. This place is one of the worst I've ever dealt with on line.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!  THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!  I ordered baby formula for my daughter because she had health issues and needed a certain kind that I found cheaper on their website.  So I ordered it on 11/17.  It should have arrived on 11/24.  NEVER got an email with tracking information.  Called on 11/26- no formula, order was never put through.  HOWEVER, they took the money out of my checking account on 11/18.  So the order was put in again, and I STILL never got the email with tracking information.  Called on 11/30- package had gotten mis-routed, they would re-ship.  Went on and on for three more weeks, never received it, never got to talk to a supervisor- they were always out of the office.  Called again 12/21 to CANCEL order- was told I'd receive a refund in 3-5 business days.  Almost a month later, no refund.  I had to cancel my check card and I'm still waiting for a refund.  I had to dispute the charge with my bank and I'm fighting to cancel the charge.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL SCREW WITH YOU AND ROB YOU BLIND.

Placed an order on July 7th, did not receive package as of July 21st and I called the phone number. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then someone picked up and told me to hold again while they checked on my order- I was on hold for 15 minutes. Operator was very rude and told me the package was shipped and I should get items by Monday. I checked UPS website and they only shipped items after I called on the 21st, so they FORGOT and only shipped because I called. Worse part- they CHARGED my credit card the 10th of July without shipping item until the 21st! Horrible services, customer care, return policies, and shipping. DON'T SHOP HERE!! Glad I paid extra for 2nd day shipping, little did I know, item ordered on the 7th of July would arrive on the 25th of July. I know I would not have received item if I had not called.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Order was made on 7-5-2006, still have not received product even though my credit card was charged the day of order. Still showing ready to ship on their web site, they do not answer e-mails and their phones are always busy.

An absolute nightmare. I paid in full with Visa and Google checkout. America RX notified me that it had shipped and gave me a ups tracking number. Then nothing. It turns out ups never even received the order because America RX never had it in stock in the first place. It has been 3 months now and I still haven't got my money back. Every time I call I get a call center in India telling me it's being processed. Stay away from this company.

Canceled an order, but they charged me for it anyway.  It's bad enough that they lack any online option for order cancelation, requiring you to call them during business hours, but then they still charged me for the order that was canceled.  FUrthermore, after two phone messages and two emails (all ignored) and two phone calls where their customer service reps tell me to expect a refund in 24 hours, nothing is ever refunded (going on 20 days).  I finally had to go through the hassle of canceling the charge through my credit card company. This was an epic customer service failure on their part.
