Pros: Delivered a low interest rate, and reasonable fees for my area. No complaints.
Cons: No serious cons, there were a couple small errors in the paperwork, they got corrected.

Pros: Great rate and reasonable fees. No surprises - very close to the good faith estimate.
Cons: Very poor customer service from the loan processor. Hard to reach.
Summary: I found Americash online and the reviews seemed fine. They had the best rate for a jumbo loan that I could find. The initial contact with the loan officer was great. Got the Good Faith Estimate and every was good. It went downhill from there. The work
