Pros: Good explanations of architectural concepts, Many visual aids.
Cons: Not enough emphasis on certain subjects, some architecture concepts get focused on more than others.
This book is a great resource for architectural information. "Architectural Graphics" covers many areas of architecture such as floor plans, perspective design, shade and shadow, Elevations, Site Plans, and much more. If you are a struggling architecture student then I recommend that you buy this. The first "Architectural Graphics" I read was the 3rd edition released in 1996. With the newer 4th edition of "Architectural Graphics" Francis D.K. Ching the author, revised and expanded this 4th edition from the information of all previous editions. The final line is buy this book if you need help in the concepts and ideas of Architecture. What are you waiting for buy this book now!
