    Cons: color transparency quality is inconsistent "by design".

    Summary: Please beware that color *transparency* of Bali Cellular Blinds could be quite uneven, and it could depend on the time of purchase. Blinds you purchase may be quite different than the 3"x5" sample material you can get from the manufacturer.Uneven
