Ordered a weather radio through Amazon.com, offered by Beach Audio. I received an almost immediate e-mail reply from Beach Audio confirming my order. Very, very quick shipping. The order was correct and they had the best price on the internet. I will definitely recommend them to any internet shoppers.

I was hesitant to order such a large item online (70" rear projection tv), but after I read the reviews of this store, I felt much more at ease with the purchase. I am sooo glad that I went ahead with Beach Audio. I had a bad experience with another online store (item not in stock even though the website stated that it was), but none of that here! Every time I called them to ask a question, it was always a real live person that answered and not a recording, and they spoke clear English. They were very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy or aggressive. The order went through without a hitch, very fast delivery and the in perfect condition. I saved about $1000 off what I would have paid locally after tax and delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEACH AUDIO!!!

We just bought a used SUV with an entertainment system, but the infrared wireless headphones were missing. We wanted to replace them before traveling 12 hours to Florida with our four children. Beach Audio had the exact headphones we wanted and their price was lower than anywhere else...and the batteries were included! I placed the order with ease six days before we planned to leave, entered my zip code and was given an estimated delivery time. The items were delivered today, exactly when they were supposed to be delivered, and they work wonderfully. Now, our family will be able to travel in peace...the kids will be watching their favorite DVD in the back seats while my husband and I listen to a book-on-tape up front. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from Beach Audio again.

Prompt email response to my order- product was shipped same day, received the following day. Product was new-in-box, as ordered. Have ordered 10 or 11 times from Beach; always positive results.

The trifecta. What everyone wants in an on-line deal: good, fast, cheap! I purchased the Sangean H201 water resistant radio. Sangean makes nice quality products and the price I found on Beach Audio was the best. Can't beat the $5.00 shipping either. Very Satisfied.

I ordered a Panasonic telephone from Beach Audio Online Store through Amazon.com. I got an immediate notification from Beach that the order had been received. As soon as the phone was shipped, I received another notification from Beach and a tracking number for UPS. I received the phone within five days of the initial order, and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I will certainly shop at Beach Audio Online again.

Beach Audio provided a good on-line experience:

a competitive price; rapid standard delivery to NJ (Sun PM order, Tue PM delivery), immediate order confirmation and delivery tracking number.

One minus was that the on-line photo did not match the actual delivered product, a laptop a/c adapter.

Ordering audio cables through the Beach website was refreshingly simple and quick. Having had a similar experience previously, I would highly recommend Beach to anyone looking for on-line audio equipment.

I found Beach Audio with search engine and was pleasantly surprised. Great selection of products arranged in easy to find layout. Price was great and item arrived very quickly. The item arrived and when tried was not functioning. After contacting customer support replacement was ordered and on its way. I will be able to return the defective item without problem. I love this site. I ordered 5 items, 4 headsets and one overhead DVD player for the car. I actually received a call from customer service telling me that since my order was shipping from two different warehouses I might get them on different days. I have never gotten great cs like that. And I already got one email with a tracking number for one of the shipments, I put the order in on 4/30/08 and it shipped on 5/01/08. Awesome site and the prices are incredible. They can't be beat.

Although stated as 49 items in stock, the item was backordered. Seller delayed cancelling the order for several days. After cancelling the order, the seller still showed 35 of the items in stock.
