Well, I am upset. I ordered a Chi flat iron for my daughter for one of her 18th birthday gifts. I ordered online Sunday, 10-22-06, at 3:09 pm. I requested 2nd day air, to surely be shipped on Monday, 10-23-06, and received on Wednesday, 10-25-06 for the birthday. As is with every single other online order from ANYWHERE else. But, today is Saturday, 10-28-06, at 7:49pm and I still have no flat iron delivery at my home.

Non existent customer service. Do not shop on this website unless you thrive on frustration and dissatisfaction. I am reporting them to the BBB.

I have not yet received my product. I ordered about 5 weeks ago and nothing. I am so angry because I tried to contact them and the PHONE IS NOT IN SERVICE. What is one to do about this? This is so not the place to order from

I am beyond upset!!! I has been over a month since I placed my order and have not received it. I have sent countless e-mail's and left messages and not one of them has been returned. Don't try calling because it is now giving a busy dial tone. The worst ever....

I bought the CHI flat iron from beauty galaxy on 4/06 and still have not received anything. It is 4/19. No one answers the phone and no email response. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I can only agree with the bad reviews above. I am experiencing the exact same issues. I can't reach anyone no matter when I call, no calls have been returned and my several emails have not been responded to. Oh, did I mention, I never received the $80 product I ordered.

I agree with all of the above reviews!I placed an order for a Chi flat iron on 4/30/09 today is 6/4/08. After 5 emails, 25 voice mails left and no product received, I have reported them to the BBB. How can this company still be allowed to sell after all of the complaints to the BBB? I had to file a form with my credit card to have the charge investigated and hopefully removed. I also cancelled my card and reported it stolen and came to found out "someone" requested an additional card on 5/30/08, which I was out of town and certainly did not place the request! It is an outrage how people can steal and still be allowed to advertise online. After seeing all of the negative reviews, I am considering taking legal actions. I have never been so frustrated and angry in my life! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Not sure why these people have such bad things to say about this site. I've have only PRAISE for their comprehensive customer service and great products.

When I ordered, I saw there was a processing time (maybe more people should read before complaining). Then I got an email with info about the iron I ordered. This was very helpful because I got a great deal and quick service. The even shipped quicker without charging me more.

I love the fhi iron I got and Beauty Galaxy for their honesty and great service.

i see conflicting reviews, but my experience was great. my agent had a lot of good information, i got my iron quickly, they answered all my calls and emails quickly too.

the iron that was recommended is great and i told my friends about it and they are happy too.

i think they are a very good company and they sell very good products for good prices. all of us are very happy with them.

I ordered the Chi 1" straightener for my daughter on 3/20/08. Today is 4/2/08 and I have now left 10 messages which have all gone unanswered. No one ever answers the phone, you only get voice mail. I have not received a shipping date or a tracking number, even though the charge cleared my bank account on 3/24/08. My daughter worked hard cleaning for a friend of mine to earn the money to buy her own straightener and she's apparently been taken.
If this company is not an outright fraud that just takes your money and never delivers a product, they have the absolute worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't deal with this company under ANY circumstances.
