The vacuum I wanted was easy to find and order. It was after hours when I ordered so it was shipped the next day. It arrived on time a week later (taking into account the July 4th weekend as well as the 2000 mile journey). UPS was not kind to the box, but the vacuum itself was fine and it works great. Your web site was difficult to navigate. The descriptions of the merchandise inadequate. When I called to ask what to do about the light bulb being the incorrect one for our lamp, I talked with a man who didn't seem familiar with the product. He did have Mark call me. Mark seemed to know the product. I mailed back the incorrect bulb, but have yet to receive the correct one.

Bought our Miele red star vacuum several years ago and received excellent service then and have continued to receive excellent service on parts and accessories since then. Service is fast and on occasions when i've had to call to order parts they are very knowledgable and friendly.

I bought this for my sister in another state who isn't well and needed a lighter vacuum. She did have to take it to a store to have it assembled. That certainly might be because of her weakened condition. I won't be able to test the product myself until I am able to next see her. After I can do an actual test, I might purchase a vacuum for myself; I don't know.(You really should have a Don't Know choice for #7; I'm going to put No because I think the two-choice answer is an unfair skewing of the survey. -- I appreciated having the shipping and handling included in the price of the vacuum--that's a more up front way of pricing for on-line customers. And the info you provided on the various vacuums was helpful. My sister had heard about this vacuum on the Ellen show, and that's why I/we were interested in the brand. She's been spot on in other endorsements that we've used--even though we're not exactly in her average demographics
