Best Vacuum was a convenient online shopping experience, with prices comparable or less than competing retail stores and discount stores, i.e. the product in Target was $10 more at the time. Free shipping sold us on the product.
Delivery was prompt.
The tracking function through the UPS website was not functioning. When I called the Best Vacuum company, the sales rep made no attempt to actually track my delivery and give me the correct date - they only gave me the standard shipping time, which I was not looking for. I wanted to know what day my vacuum would arrive so that I could be home to receive it.
Other than that, the experience was pleasurable.

Initial order arrived as promised, product happened to have a slight damage. Called the merchant, very pleasant to deal, they sent a pickup order, but replacement product has not arrived, it is now 1 week later.
