I was very pleased every time I shopped at BestVacuum. Unlike with most other online merchants, I feel that I am actually being treated in a personal manner (evidenced, for instance, by a personalized thank you note by mail). I will definitely remain a BV customer in the future, and also refer my friends where applicable.

best vacuum's follow through was excellent, I sent email concerning an accessory that i purchased along with the vacuum, and recieved an instant response and personal phone call, matter was resolved with no problem, you feel like your dealing with a local ma and pa shop when dealing with this company, outstanding service!
