The vaccuum was fine, but the attachment was misleading. I did not know, until after I got it, but there are two different floor tools. I think one is called the "bare floor tool" and one is called the "bare floor and carpet tool." I got the "bare floor" tool, but wanted the "bare floor and carpet" one. There were no pictures of the attachment to know what you were getting. Would have bought the other vaccuum if I had known.

I had to call Best Vacuum once to get advise on which vacuum would meet my needs and the gentleman who I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. I have already recommended Best Vacuum to two of my friends. I will definitely review what is available at Best Vacuum for my future purchases.

Item received sooner than we had expected. Very well packaged. My one criticism is that the manufacturer did not include any product information or instruction sheet. Although this is a simply designed product and is probably considered self-explanitory, some guidelines for setting it up and maintaining it would have been appreciated.

The price was the best I found on the web. The vacuum cleaner I ordered was out of stock, I was called immediately and offered the next best one which I opted for. It arrived right when the gentleman said it would. I then thought I had a problem with the beater bar and called. I was directed to call a Dyson rep and given the number to call. Turns out the cleaner was fine; it was something I was not doing properly but I was very happy with the customer service I received in the meantime. I researched this product online, read others opinions and made my decision. I'm very happy with the results.
