The experience was fine. The vacuum cleaner came on time. The box was a little roughed up and appeared to have been shipped previously (there was a previous shipping label that was cut off). The vacuum cleaner itself arrived fine.

Best Vacuumes did a great job of shipping when they said they would ship and delivering on time. The order tracking was not as friendly as other sites. There were no links on the email to go directly to the tracking site. The product box was damaged significantly when picked up, but other than that the product was in perfect shape and works well.

The only problem I had as a delay in the customer rep's ability to find the right bag for my Miele Vac. The number had been changed since I bought it, and within about 3 miutes he found the right bag.

I would rate your company a A . The dyson Vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever used. It is truly amazing!!! I have told everyone I know and some that I do not know about your web site. Excellent product selection. Customer service was helpful and friendly. I spoke with a rep only to help me decide between two models. I was not pushed or pressured to purchase the higher priced model. The rep simply stated the facts and let me decide. I was impressed to say the least. Free overnight shipping. Very happy!
