Easy to find the model I was seeking and glad to find that the model was in stock and available to ship with free two-day express shipping! It was great to receive emails from Best Vacuum that confirmed my order had been received and that it had been shipped. It was easy to track the progress of my order and was pleased to find that it arrived on-time and in great condition.

I would rate your company a A . The dyson Vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever used. It is truly amazing!!! I have told everyone I know and some that I do not know about your web site. It is great to know that in thias day and age there are still great companies out there for the consumer. I hope all of my friends use your company to get this vacuum!!! This merchant has been excellent from the get go. I purchase a vacuum from them four years ago at an excellent price with excellent service. They send me reminders as to when certain filters need to be changed along with coupons for the purchase. Their site is a little difficult to use in terms of finding specific vacuum parts. But THAT is my only complaint. I think they have the best service and represent one of the best values on the internet for vacuums.
