Best Vacuum was fine with respect to ordering, but I've already had to contact the manufacturer regarding problems with the remanufactured Dyson vacuum that I bought (to request replacement parts). For $399, I had expected this vacuum to be in prime working order.

I placed an order with thema nd it was nice to see that they took come security precautions to ensure that it was that ordered form them. Besides that, we received the product on time and I am very pleased with the results.

I received the order very quckly, but they forgot to include the vacuum bags. I emailed Best Vacuum and received a reply the same day. The vacuum bags were sent out immediately and I received them very shortly thereafter.
Everything was in good condition, and I received an email with a tracking number so I knew exactly when my package would arrive.

I called Best Vacuum with a question because I wanted another model -- "the full kit" -- that my brother ordered from them. They told me that it was discontinued, but that the animal was even better for $40 more. I ordered it and received it early. I have not used it yet but expect it to be great!

The shopping experience was great; however, the vacuum was delivered with the packing soaking wet. It didn't appear that the vacuum was damaged but I contacted Best Vacuum to be sure they knew about it. They extended the warranty to 90 days which I thought was very nice.

Best price I could find for the product I wanted. Product was immediately available. Shipping and handling were very reasonable. Check out was easy. I was notified when the product shipped, which was very quick. The product arrived sooner than anticipated and was exactly as expected. Best will be my first stop to shop for whatever my needs are with regard to vacuum cleaning supplies in the future. Maybe I'll shop their prices next time out just for drill, but I don't think it will really be necessary.
