Best Vacuum had the best prices on the web - undercut the competitors by around $100. Shipping was spot-on. Only thing I didn't like was that they shipped the vacuum in its original box with no box around it, so it got a little banged up in the shipping process (the vacuum itself was fine). It was a gift, so that was a little disappointing, but not disappointing enough where I wouldn't shop with them again.

Fast shipping. Excellent products. Easy to use website and place order. Although there is no order tacking available yet on theier website you can email them for the status.

i liked the 2nd day air. although i was hoping it would be two days ... it ended up not getting there 'till almost the same amount of time as ups ground (that the other online merchant would have taken) so it ended up sounding a lot better than it was but there was no way to check which day it would get there, until the order was placed. Either way it cost the same, came in good condition, and is an excellent product!!
