The floor tool and the bare floor tool turned out to be different things so the vacuum i bought was misrepresented. It would have been cheaper in the log run to have bought the next better model but it was not written that way in the site.

The price of the same vacuum was much lower than other stores.
Customer service was very courteous and efficient. They gave good suggestions and cheerfully helped out when I inadvertently left off my apartment number after I sent in the order.
