service was fast. This was an internet purchase and I received the dyson vacuum in a relatively short time. I have been very happy so far with the product but do have some questions about its use. Would appreciate a customer service line to handle this.

I completed my purchase online, but I did call to ask a few questions regarding the Dyson Animal. The service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received my purchase the day after I ordered it...a nice surprise. When I opened the package, I discovered that a piece was missing, so I called to have it sent to me. The service rep was very plesant, and sent me directly to Dyson, where the missing piece was immmediately sent to my home within a week, no quesitons asked, no hassles. It was an excellent shopping experience. I was especially pleased to speak with a REAL person each time I called. It was nice not to have to go through the automated phone system. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend you to my friends!

The website was easy to navigate. Their customer service was professional and knowledgable. I called regarding the warranty and they were very helpful. The only thing that I was surprised about was that the vacuum didn't come in a shipping box. There was just a sticker placed on the vacuum box itself. Other than that, the service was great.
