The first Dyson Vacumm was a refurbished model and proved to be defective. An E-Mail to the company was promptly answered with the assurance that another vacumm would be shipped. At that time I upgraded to a new machine rather than take a chance with another refurbished model. The new vacumm arrived in a few days & I shipped back the defective one at the company's expense.
My evaluation of this company is that they are customer oriented, quick to solve problems and very reputable. If the need arose I would buy from them again, as the E-Mail shopping was easier than going to a local retailer.

The top of the dehumidier has a tolerable depression.
I think this happened before the shipping to here since it was double-boxed and the boxes are not damaged.
Overall I am very satisified.

It was a great shopping experience. Their website was easy to use, they processed the order quickly and it was shipped (with tracking)very fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I especially liked the option of buying a reconditioned vacuum at a much lower price. It came with all the attachments and works great.

I placed the order, they confirmed, then wrote back and said they could not deliver to Hawaii. I found another merchant that sold the same product and did ship. Their price for shipping was $200, but I am sure that was close to the actual. Best Vacuum said they could not be responsible that far away. Now, is that could not or would not??

I have bought two large appliances from Best and have not a complaint. they stock a great selection and have lots of info on the website about the products. Their prices are competetive and it appears the service is good; i haven't had to make any calls. the orders just appear quickly on my doorstep!

The price of the same vacuum was much lower than other stores.
Customer service was very courteous and efficient. They gave good suggestions and cheerfully helped out when I inadvertently left off my apartment number after I sent in the order.
