Excellent. Looked at the Dyson at a local Best Buy. It was $60 cheaper here and there was no sales tax (saved $33.60 additional) plus free shipping. Ordered Sunday evening and UPS delivered Wednesday (central PA). Factory sealed package. NO problems.

I placed the order, they confirmed, then wrote back and said they could not deliver to Hawaii. I found another merchant that sold the same product and did ship. Their price for shipping was $200, but I am sure that was close to the actual. Best Vacuum said they could not be responsible that far away. Now, is that could not or would not??
