Don't have any complaints. Purchased a vacuum cleaner at Best Vacuum a couple of years ago and that was a good experience. However, the I am never sure exactly which of the Miele bags should be used with my six year old canister, since that model seems to be discontinued.

Everything arrived eventually. Attachment was not received at same time as vacuum...UPS said they left it on my porch, but it was not there when I got home. Best shipped a replacement. I suggest that all orders require a signature (it seemed odd that the vacuum would require a signature but not the attachment). Customer service people contacted me and handled the situation professionally and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Best to others. Thanks, DC

My vacuum shipped a few days late but they called personally to check that I still wanted it. The vacuum is great and the price was great.

I didn't have any problems. The product was shipped in good condition although it arrived one day later than I expected. In retrospect, it's no big deal because the product has worked with no problems. Overall, a good and pleasant experience.
