Best Vacuum is fantastic. I ordered the vacuum I wanted, after vast research, and received in 2 days. No Shipping, no tax...which saved me a considerable amount of money. Plus best vacuum was the only company...other than Dyson...where I could purchase this vacuum at this great deal.

Very helpful in locating the item purchased while in transit. The shipment was delayed in transit but Best Vacuum made every effort to keep in contact with the manufacturer and myself to locate the item. Very good company to do business with.

Placed order online with ease and received merchandise in timely manner. Only problem I experienced was when I called the vendor to order by phone, they said that this piece of merchandise could only be ordered online. Didn't see anything on their website to indicate that certain items couldn't be ordered through 800 number listed on site.
