I had no problem with purchasing this product. I had a minor problem with a cracked housing by the beater bar but could not be sure if I had caused it or if it came that way. I fixed it with some contact cement and did not bother with the dealer.

I previously ordered a carpet cleaning attachment for my Miele vacuum cleaner so was already familiar with the merchant. I don't have a car so need to be able to order via phone or internet. It was not evident on the web site which bags were the right ones for my vacuum, probably because it is quite old, so I had to call the store and the person who answered was very helpful and told me right sway which bags to order.

I purchased a Dyson Animal vacuum through Best Vacuum. I found out about them through Dyson's web site, then researched them on Epinions and found they had an outstanding rating. I found the online ordering process to be easy and quick. The only thing I don't like is that there is no online order tracking through their web site, so you don't really know the status of your order until you receive a notice that the order has shipped. Other than that minor quibble, highly recommended.

I ordered from Best Vacuum because the price was $50 dollars cheaper than any of the local discount stores. I was not expecting the service to be so good! Not only was my shipping free, but the vacuum came very quick and exactly what I wanted. I called and talked to a real person when I had a question, and they even mailed me a card thanking me for my business! It was like dealing with a Mom and Pop store on the web!
