Pros: When it breaks your DVD player you get to buy a brand new one.
Cons: It breaks your DVD player.
Summary: Sure it will clean your DVD machine, right out of it's internal software. My DVD was freezing up here and there, no big deal but I thought I would try this Maxell laser lens cleaner to see if it would help. Well as soon as I put it in my DVD gave out
