I was unable to place original order due to an unknown error. I got an email from the company asking if they could help. I replied and got no response. Some time later I tried to order again. The first order was "Decline" for an unspecified reason but I was able to order successfully about 10 minutes later.

the prices are good along with a wide choice of products.i particularly was impressed with the super fast delivery (2days) for normal ground. i'll be ordering more products in the future.

I paid $25 extra to get "Three Day" service because the package had to be there before a certain date to make a barge shipment. Today is day 4 and the package did not arrive in time. Thanks a lot for nothing!

Even though I did not receive the right item I thought I was ordering ( it did not match picture or discription of item listed on web site) the person I contacted was very helpfill and polite. I was able to return item quickly and at no charge to myself thanks to the help I received. I would highly recommend this web site to others shopping for games.

they were very helpful and answered all questions i had. They had a broad range to choose from and best of all they delivered to AUSTRALIA ! the only point I would make is that there was no way of tracking the order once I had placed it (short of I suppose phoning about it). all in all fantastic!

Very good so far. The game is a Christmas present so it has not yet been opened. I can't rate their customer service if the game is defective or missing parts when it is finally opened.
