Pros: Sleek styling, engineering design that WORKS, a guarantee that means what it says.
Cons: It's expensive. But it's worth every penny. All 20,000 of them.

Pros: Excellent customer service
Good quality product

Summary: Unbelieveable. A large company with good customer service! Catch broke off lid that we bought 4 years ago, I put that down to wear and tear and figured it had done its fair share of work so looked online to find a new one. Then i saw it had this lifetime

Pros: Nice trash can and looks fancy. Good as long as it works.
Cons: Hardware which pops the lid up breaks
Customer support sucks. DONT BUY THE PRODUCT
Summary: After reading the other review I bought this trash can. It is on the expensive side and looks good. The product has quality problems. Within a few months the springs that push the lid up snapped and so no matter how much we push the lid does not
