After reading the other review I bought this trash can. It is on the expensive side and looks good.

The product has quality problems. Within a few months the springs that push the lid up snapped and so no matter how much we push the lid does not pop open. So, we have to leave it open. The plastic thing that keeps the lid in place also broke. Now we are SOL.

I tried contacting their customer support via email because there was no phone support that I could find. I got an email after a month apologizing for the delay and saying that they would send out the hardware and it has been another 3 weeks and I have not received anything. In short, I have bought another trash can and advice all my friends and family to stay away from it.
