I work in a small law firm and this laser multifunction machine is perfect for us. We do not really use any of the other features it provides other than for sending and receiving facsimiles. Since we purchased this machine, it has worked wonderfully for 30 plus page facsimiles. It is our second Brother fax machine and we have been extremely satisfied with their products.

The laser printer prints at a rate of 15 pages per minute and has 8 MB of memory. It accepts the pages to be sent at a rapid pace so you do not need to sit around and wait while it slowly takes the pages.

You can set it to print a confirmation page only when the facsimile has not gone through and the confirmation pages not only print the phone number it was sent to, but it also prints 1/2 of the first page along with it. This is rather beneficial in my office where many people are using the same fax machine so it is easy to distinguish who sent the facsimile.

Pros: Multi-Functions, clean printing, economical. Runs on all OSes.

When the toner light comes on, on any laser printer, pop out the cartridge and shake it gently, and ignore the warnings until it really stops printing! Also have an Apple LaserSelect360, All run great for my Linux and Mac computers, on this network. Curbside donation!

this printer is one of the best i have used. i have had it for 1 year not and never had replace the toner.its very fast and it even has scan button which helps alot at the office. The quailty of it is amazing.
