Pros: CWD Kids has a great selection of children's clothing (especially matching brother/sister, mother/daughter, and other family clothing sets). I enjoy dressing the kids in coordinating outfits and this store has the most complete selection I have seen on the web. CWD Kids offers several brands of high quality clothing like fresh produce, lilly pulitzer, and the hartstrings/kitestrings line. Pricing is reasonable for the designer brands. The website was easy to use and my order was accurate and shipped promptly.

Cons: CWD Kids brand clothes. I read a review on the web advising against purchasing the CWD Kids "in house" clothing line and I decided to ignore it: Big Mistake! I ordered a polo style shirt and dress and they were made very cheaply. The fabric was so thin that I could see through it and the red colors bled like crazy in a cold water wash. I ended up having to throw the clothes out after being worn only once. Considering that the CWD clothes are not much cheaper than the boutique brands offered at the website this was not a good deal.

CWDkids offers the kinds of outfits you hardly see anymore, real clothes for real kids! My fashion-conscious 6-year old grand-daughter and I go through the catalog together and find things we both like. I really appreciate that there are no extreme styles and no belly-buttons visible. I even found a dress for my godchild that has smocking, just like I use to have!

As an older person who is not used to ordering on line, I found the ordering process easy to use. The shipping is fast, and if you do have to return something, it's no problem.

I recommend CWDkids if, like me, you love buying clothes for your grandkids but don't want them to look like teen rock stars!

I have shopped CWD for 7years and I love it! My boys (15 months apart)have been in practically every line that they carry. It got even better when I could order on-line, at my convenience. Customer service has been excellent and the delivery has been on time. Even back ordered items have arrived when they said they would (better than other companies) which reminds me, I need to order those cute Charlie Rocket swim trunks! Love the quality and you can't beat the price on the pajamas.

Terrible service. I placed an order and paid $24.95 for OVERNIGHT shipping because I needed an item for my son's school picture. I made a mistake on the order form but the customer service department waited until the next day to call me (the same day I was supposed to receive the order). When I asked why it took them so long to call me about the mistake, the customer service representative lied to me about the time the e-mail was received to try to cover for the late shipping. I e-mailed a complaint to the customer service department and asked for a refund for the overnight shipping. I received a rude return e-mail from that representative as well - AND no refund. Obviously their profit from their ridiculous shipping rates are more important than customer satisfaction. Also, the quality of the Halloween t-shirt stinks. VERY thin, cheap material.
