Over the last year I have ordered a few clubs for my self and my wife. The quality of the clubs have been better than advertised and the promptness on shipping is unequaled... You guys are doing things right!

The merchandise that comes from Callaway Golf Preowned is not all it claims to be. Although I did receive my Big Bertha C4 driver within 5 days the quality left something to be desired. I took my new (used) club to the driving range and after about 6 swings my club shafted. I contacted Callaway Golf Preowned to discuss my dissatisfaction and was told that I should contact Callaway Golf directly for repairs. I was not satisfied with that answer and requested that I be able to return the merchandise back to Callaway Golf Preowned instead for a refund. They informed me that it would be my responsibility to ship the club back to them at my expense. What a sham! I am very disappointed in the sub-standard quality merchandise from Callaway Golf Preowned as well as there lack of customer service. There lack of quality products reflects poorly on Callaway Golf as a whole. It is unlikely that I will ever purchase Callaway products again. Lucky for us golfers there are many high quality products out there i.e. Taylor-Made, Nike, Ping, Titleist... Let the buyer beware: Stay away from Callaway Golf Preowned!!

I've bought clubs in "like new" condition with bag wear, several cosmetic marks, and demo prints not mentioned in the description.  Their packing in substandard-- just throwing the clubs in a box.  They scratched off the serial codes on my "like new" iron.  Therefore, I will have a difficult time reselling these in the future.  Never responded to several of my emails.  The only positive is prompt shipping and delivery.  I would not recommend purchasing clubs from Callaway Preowned.  You can find better condition clubs for cheaper on ebay.

Very fast delivery of product, received tracking number with-in a day. Order was exactly to my liking and the condition was better than expected. Very good price, I saved hundreds to get a slightly used iron set. Will buy again.

Ordered a used 3rd party "Like New" wood from Callaway Preowned. I ordered Saturday, billed on Sunday. Monday early morning I got an email saying shipped, but FedEx showed that it wasn't shipped till late evening.

While I think 8$ shipping was fair, FedEx ground was less than satisfactory.

Received the club the next saturday. Since 3rd party club, so no headcover. But I was surprised there was no protection for the club at all. It was wrapped in normal plastic, and put straight in box. Box was strong, but the club knocks around in it.

The club was listed as "Like New". But the club face has many heavy scratches from hitting those rock-hard golf balls. The grip looks a bit dirty and used. The shaft is fine, and the crown is perfect. It was at a decent price, so I am still okay with it.
