CinemaNow preloaded on Dell laptop with the Matrix & Spiderman trilogies.  Followed online instructions, yet movies would not play.  Wasted over 4 hours of time via the 'Email only' CinemaNow Customer Care suggestions (what a JOKE).  Everyone is passing the buck, Dell says it is CinemaNow's problem.  Movies do not play do to DRM issue, Dell will NOT refund movie purchase.  Stay AWAY.  This Roxio Blockbuster CinemaNow service is destined to go away.  Hopefully, sooner rather than later.
