I ordered a camera and asked for 3-5 day delivery. The camera was not sent out, but instead I received an email to call to confirm before they sent it out. Since I didn't check my email for several days, I did not know it had not been sent out, delaying the arrival by several days. I ordered an extra battery which did not work and had trouble getting Click for Digital to help rectify the problem. However, I am very happy with the camera. Read more

Mark's service was exemplary. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Although he has to suggest add-on sales, he is not rude or aggressive (as most other internet companies offering good prices are) when you decline. In fact, he matched the prices of a competitor for add-ons I wanted. Read more

I had to return a phone call message left 6/18, but because of the time difference was unable to connect with the company until 6/21. Initially they told me everything was OK and then they immediately called me back and told me they did not have the camera, but recommended a newer model which was cheaper. I feel they should have emailed me early to tell me they did not have the camera (they did email the confirmation of the order). I bought the camera at another site for a slightly cheaper price. I chose this company because it had the special rating on BizRate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Read more
