this was the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! THESE PEOPLE AT DIGITAL ARE UNKIND AND UNHELPFUL, i ordered a camera, and its been two weeks, my order has been "on hold", they tried and tried to SELL me on all of these "extras", they were very short and downright rude on the phone too..my camera was actually never in stock, and i just canceled the order, please stay away from this company!

i ordered a SONY DSC T1 CAm...and i just called to make sure that everything was good to go....all i can say is that the customer service and the ppl that work there have bad additudes...and if ur going to get ground shipping...beware u are most likely to recive it in a month....i didnt want to wait that long so i just cancelled...this place sucks and the ppl are very mean

Ordered 3 cameras and I got the call for accessories. A day after denying the options, they told me I could only buy one camera, it's listed in the fine print. Could I have 3 If I ordered the accessories??? Bummer

sarcastic, failed to process order, unreliable

I placed an order for a digital camera, to have it in time to photograph my birth. They somehow never processed the order, and when I called to find out where the package was and they realized their mistake, they refused to upgrade the shipping or make amends in anyway. Additionally, the man I spoke with was very sarcastic, and after I told him I was unhappy with their customer service, he said maybe I shouldn't shop with them again. I won't.

Run away as fast as you can!

I ordered a Panasonic mini DV digital camcorder almost 20 days ago. At this point the order still hasn't even shipped, even though the website still says they have it "in stock".
Like others, they called me the day after I placed an order and tried to sell me accessaries.
I've sent an e-mail which was never replied, and I just made a phone call today and they still told me it's going to take 2-3 weeks before it ships. The guy on the phone didn't even apologize for this.
I'm probably going to cancel this order. I don't recommend this store for anyone.

Ordered a Sony P150 camera for very low price. Store called to "confirm my address," and suggested the Sony battery was not very good and suggested an extra battery. I took the deal on the battery. The next day the "book keeping dept." phoned with a problem w/my credit card (I use a virtual card number program from Citibank, if you don't enter it correctly or enter it more than once, it will void the authorization.) I asked her to cancel the order for the extra battery and she told me she could not because she was doing the book keeping part only. I thought to myself "B.S." and asked her to cancel the whole order, which she stated she would, and she promptly hung up. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, even with the "suggestive-sell/you want fries with that?" for the battery (this is always to be expected). I just did not like the inability to change my order i.e. lower the amount of money I am spending.

I won't shopping on this website! Because I order a Sony DSC 101, after I submit the order, one person in the company asked me to pay extra Car charger for $69, I said no, he said the shipping will take 3~4 weeks, not only 3~5 bussiness days! (He said in stock yesterday), This is the cheating and threat!!!

Delivery was poor. Took about 1 week. The salesman was very helpful when asked about some of the accessories. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered a few accessories along with my camcorder along with express shipment and they delivered everything except the express shipment.
When I received my camcorder,I tried it out right away. I could get sound but no picture. I called Sony. After a brief discussion with them, they told me I had send to send it back to them. It was defective. I called "click for digital" to tell them what Sony had told me. They told me to return it to them and when they received it, they would ship me another one. I asked about who was paying for the return shipment. I was informed that I had to pay for it. I asked about returning my money for the express shipping fee because it was late to begin with; plus I had to send it back, wait for them to receive it, then wait for them to ship it out again! I was refused.

After a lot of searching - Best prices I could find on the camera I bought! Quick and painless, for the purchase and the delivery. They did send one incorrect item, but were more than happy to correct the error - thanks!

I had placed an order for a camera with this store. I received an email asking me to call and confirm the order. The email gave me times that the store was open. When I called however, they were closed for holidays ... that the email (nor the order form) had informed me about. I left 3 messages. Did not hear back. When I finally talked to the representative by calling a fourth time... I asked him to at least upgrade my shipping speed to make up for the time I had lost (4 days) because of their not being open. He refused and I took my business elsewhere. I found the experience an extremely frustrating one and will not be buying from them again.

Best prices I've seen on camcorders, and nice folks to do business with. Order shipped without delay. I was initially annoyed at a small mix-up with part of my order, but then they more than made up for it in being incredibly courteous and prompt in resolving the matter to my satisfaction.

Don't hold your breath for delivery

I ordered a Nikon D70 camera for delivery to my sister-in-law's home. My wife and I live out of the US but we were in the States for a week. I ordered the camera well in advance and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. I am back at my home outside the US and the camera still has not shipped. This in spite of Click for Digital assuring me the product was in stock.

A Total joke!

Don't waste your time with this company. They are a total scam outfit. I ordered a sony camcorder pc109 in early August. Went thru the normal call back by a sales person attempting to sell various add on's and extended warranty, which i declined. They gave me a confirmation/sales order number 100723 and said the camera would ship in about 1 week. It's been over a month now. They do not respond to email inquiry's on status of order. When you call them they put you on hold ,then pass the call to 5 different people then FINALLY say it should ship shortly (spoke with a person who gave me the name Frank). It's now 9/17/04 they have no intention of selling the products at their advertised price unless you purchase the extended warranty or additional add on's. TOTAL SCAM Outfit! Don't waste your time !!
