Ordered it on a Monday. Got it on Thursday. Regular UPS, not anything special. A very satisfactory transaction.

Very quick on the phone. I DID MAKE SURE they had it in stock and that they would send tracking numbers. All of which they did.

I recommend them.

Click for Digital has been an awesome experience. I ordered and received everything in exactly the time promised. After trying unsuccessfully to reach the manufacturer with questions, I emailed Customer Service at Click for Digital. I had a response within a couple hours. I then telephoned the rep who emailed me (Mike S) who was fabulous. He gave me the information I needed at which time I knew that the product I purchased would not do what I required. He arranged for me to return the product. Once he had the product in his hands (about 2-3 days) he and I spoke and arranged the to have the new product sent to me 2nd day air as I am leaving for my son's wedding in 3 days and wanted the product prior to departure.
Click for Digital truly believes in Customer Service and Kindness! I will do business with then again and recommend them in a heartbeat!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Everything that I ordered arrived on time and in excelent condition. I comparison shopped for well over a month before choosing clickfodigital.com and I called them before placeing my order and spoke to a very friendly person on the other end. I mis-read the UPS traking info and wrote them some rather irate e-mails and they were very patient and helpful with me. I will shop clickfordigital.com again!

I ordered a fuji s5000 digital camera about 11:30 Tuesday 11/18/03 and it was shipped about 5 hours later. I received a tracking email that same evening and the camera was delivered here in Kentucky Friday 11/21/03. After trying some of the online stores with a little cheaper advertised price, I found that I couldn't buy it for their price. But with Click for Digital, I was sold exactly what was advertised for the exact price and shipping that their site listed. I bought just the camera with no pressure to buy anything else. I can't speak for everyone else but they did me right.

Ordered on July 5 (it was a holiday) and called to verify tuesday morning. No sales pitch, they just asked if I wanted to buy any accesories,said no and that was it. They shipped that afternoon and I got it that friday.

I picked them because the had the best combination of price on the camcorder and the extended warranty (they were 50 bucks cheaper on the warranty)

Could not have been a better experience. I was surprised at how easy and fast it all went.

I placed an order on Sunday for a Panasonic DMC-FZ30K digital camera. It came on Tuesday with the 2 day shipping. This was faster than expected. The item was perfect and is working way better than I expected. I will use them again for sure.

I would shop from Clickforfigital again and have no problem recommending them to others! I ordered a Sony MiniDV TRV-38 Digital Camcorder on the phone on Wednesday with the 4 year extended warranty (only $90, most others charge $150-250) with 2nd day shipping and it arrived today (Thursday, the next day!).

From reading reviews of ClickforDigital and many other stores I decided to order the equipment over the phone to avoid the inevitable phone call the next day for "more information" if I ordered it from the website. The salesperson (Mark) was easy to deal with; he did try to sell me an extra battery and other accessories but did not push it once I said I did not need anything other than the extended warranty.

I called customer service to get an order status update because I did not receive the order confirmation and tracking number via email (customer service rep stated they were having some problems with email). The customer service rep was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Overall I am very satisfied with delivery speed (arrived one day early), order accuracy, and customer service.

I compared their prices and accessories for the Minolta Dimage Z1 camera. While all vendors prices for the camera were relatively close (when you factor in shipping costs), they had the best and most comprehensive accessory packages. I ordered the camera and accessories by phone on Veteran's Day. Although I expected 3 day delivery from New York, I received the camera the next day (Boston area).

Everything was fine except the wrong battery charger was shipped (they shipped the starter-pack charger instead of the rapid charger that should have come with the accessory kit). I called the following morning and spoke to my salesperson, Mark. He apologized and shipped out the rapid charger and another set of batteries which I received the next day.

Just recently purchased a Minolta Dimage Z2.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first reading some of the negative reviews, but after contacting customer service and learning that many of those reviews were due to out of country shipping issues, I decided to give them a try.

Great customer service and no pressure. Camera came on the day it was promised in excellent shape. I would definitely buy from these folks again.

Overall we have no complaints about the level of service we received from clickfordigital.com. We ordered 3 Sony CD Mavicas and made our decision to go with clickfordigital because of the excellent price advertised on pricewatch.com. Shipping seemed a bit high for UPS ground ($16.95 flat rate, I know they're making money off of it) Once the credit card info was verified (they called us the next business day) the order was shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time. They did make a valiant effort to sell us accessories when they called (they have to make up the cost somewhere since their cameras are so cheap) and we ordered 3 "long-life" batteries for a reasonable price, but declined the warranty and other accessories. The cameras arrived in their original retail box, still factory sealed. We will order from clickfordigital again.

I purchased a Sony digital camcorder. The price was lowest I had seen at that time. The next day I received a follow-up phone call and I was offered some accessories, some of which I purchased. I did not feel pressured into buying, though. The order arrived extremely fast -- after 2 days! The information on the site is accurate. The accessories are not as well priced as the main item -- they're not original manufacturer's, but the company does not hide that fact. I guess they make money on accessories.

I had attempted to order a Panasonic PV-GS400 from two other internet shops, 5starselectronics and stop4camera...both turned out to be pretty seedy. I called Click for Digital and explained my troubles with the other shops (told item was in stock and available for shipment only to subsequently be told delivery was weeks away) and asked the rep to lay his hands on the camcorder prior to taking my order. I wasn't pressured for a lot of add-ons...the rep just took my order for what I wanted (the camcorder and a low-end accessories package...extra battery and tapes, primarily). After placing my order, I had a UPS tracking number within a few hours and the camera was delivered 3 business days later. The price paid was in the low/average range (about 25 - 30% off list), so I am quite satisfied with this transaction.
